It was another cold rainy day today; which is a big deal since it was the second day of the first winter storm to hit the area. Yes, overall in the larger spectrum of severe winter weather, what we experience here in Southern California is mild; but when your not use to wet weather and day temperatures below 60, then the slightest degree of change really throws you off. Luckily, I was able to spend most of the day on a big soft coach watching movies. However, around 12 pm I was feeling a little hungry and soon decided that the best remedy to fill my empty stomach was some hot Chinese food. Chen’s in Carlsbad proved to be the right solution.
